ARCH & TECO Consultants Private Limited is a joint venture with Supama Infra and Arch & Teco. The story of ARCH & TECO starts in 1976 with the establishment of the architect’s IR. P. Cools & Partners. An architectural firm that quickly gained knowledge and experience in other building-related specializations such as spatial planning, restoration, stability, equipment techniques, environmental techniques, expertise, consulting and project management.
The open organizational structure and the integration of the different patterns of knowledge, expertise, and experience stood - and still stand - for a multidisciplinary and holistic approach, which ultimately facilitates the success of each project. A Networking department was established in the mid-1990s, specializing in the civil engineering expansion of telecom networks and later expanded with Graphic Information System digitization and conversion projects for various utility operators. Later, public domain data management was also added to this.
In May 2003, the various entities of ARCH & TECO obtained the ISO 9001 certificate for the first time as a result of the introduction of a sound quality management system. In the following years, up to and including today, this quality certificate has been successfully renewed each time.
In 2009, the long-standing collaboration between Arch & Teco Architecture and Architektenburo Ro Berteloot was formalized in the creation of a new company: Arch & Teco Architecture and Planning. The existing expertise was further expanded with knowledge and experience in restoration and renovation projects.
In 2014, a further step was taken in the steady growth of the organization, with some activities being redesigned with a view to optimizing the service provision, and on the other hand, some new activities were included in the service offer. Asset and facility management was added to the product range and recurring collaborations were extended to structural partnerships.
In 2016, the global corporate architecture was reorganized and translated into the various components of ARCH & TECO. This reorganization has led to the bundling of the various competencies in 4 divisions: Architecture and Planning, Engineering, Asset Management and Program Management. Together these 4 divisions are enthusiastically looking forward to the challenging future; experienced by the past, and strengthened by the present.
ARCH & TECO, therefore, adapts continuously, in function of new opportunities and the wishes of the customer; this also keeps a fascinating story for every employee.
